Lucy is a resident of Sierra Leone, born in Freetown. She has always had a heart for children especially for orphans. Lucy serves as the main Project Administrator, providing oversight of the HOPE SL Centre.

She reports directly to the board of HOPE directors and trustees.

Massah, has been an educator all her life. She started as a young teacher and is now the senior headmistress of a primary school. She has a wealth of experience with children, which she would bring to bear on the new HOPE project.
​
Massah serves as the new HOPE Site Manager, and is the main caregiver to the children, overseeing site staff and all the work with the children.
